About Me

Hi! My name is Russell Isaak, and I created Russell I.
The Vitality Guy to share my journey of recovery from
chronic pain. As a workers’ compensation Executive, I
am passionate about sharing my knowledge and
experiences to support others in the industry. My
goal is to help fellow workers’ compensation
professionals navigate their own challenges, build
deeper relationships, and contribute to a stronger,
more connected community. Below are the core
pillars that guide my work.
